Agreement

By purchasing by this shop you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as laid out below.


Shipment

All prints and artworks are sent by tracked and signed mail. A tracking number will be sent to your email and you will be able to check the status on the Correos website.

Please carefully check that your delivery address and the one supplied to me by PayPal via your account are the same. I hold no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect delivery address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer.

I will try to process the orders as quick as possible, usually it takes between 1 and 3 days since the purchase date.


Damages, loss & refunds

All orders are thoroughly checked before posting and will not be sent with any defects.
I do not accept returns unless the wrong item is delivered or it is damaged and it is deemed to be my fault.

Goods damaged in transit must be reported by email within 48 hours of being received. If your goods are damaged, please contact me for details of how to return them in order for a replacement to be issued.


I use the PayPal payment platform, which is located within the European Economic Area, and which ensures to protect your data according to its privacy policy. I also use Stripe, which you can know more on their website.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to mine using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
